Preschool Program

My integrated preschool program blends the best elements of Montessori, Waldorf, and Reggio Emilia educational philosophies. Led by me, an experienced and creative educator with over a decade of expertise and two master’s degrees, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to the classroom. I provide a play-based, interest-driven curriculum tailored to each child’s developmental stage, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and a love of learning.

With small class sizes and personalized attention, children engage in hands-on activities that nurture cognitive, social, and emotional growth, all within a supportive and community-focused environment. My preschool program ensures that every child is seen, supported, and encouraged to thrive at their own pace.

Curriculum

My preschool curriculum is carefully tailored to each child’s unique interests and developmental needs, ensuring that every child is engaged and excited to learn. I incorporate key areas of development, including fine motor skills, math, literacy, cognitive growth, and social skills, through play-based, hands-on activities. Each day is designed to offer a balance of structured and open-ended learning experiences, seamlessly integrating these skills into activities like arts and crafts, storytelling, sensory play, and collaborative group projects. This individualized approach fosters creativity, curiosity, and confidence, allowing children to progress at their own pace while building essential foundational skills for future learning.

Progress Tracking & Parent Involvement

I use a play-based assessment approach to track each child's development and ensure they are well-prepared for kindergarten. Drawing on my five years of experience as a kindergarten teacher, I focus on observing and documenting children’s growth through their natural play and interactions. This method allows us to tailor learning experiences to individual needs while fostering a love for learning. I provide regular updates to parents/caregivers, keeping you informed about your child’s progress and areas of growth, and ensuring that each child is ready to transition smoothly into kindergarten with confidence and enthusiasm.
